摘要
目的:分析对腰椎间盘突出症患者进行综合护理的效果及对其腰部功能及生活质量的影响。方法:将2017年9月至2019年9月在佛山市中医院就诊的腰椎间盘突出症患者82例作为研究对象。采用随机分组的方式将其分为Experimental组和Conventional组,每组各41例患者。对Conventional组患者进行常规护理,在此基础上对Experimental组患者进行综合护理。然后对比两组患者治护的效果、生活质量的评分和腰部功能的评分。结果:1)Experimental组患者治护的总有效率(92.68%)高于Conventional组患者治护的总有效率(80.48%),P<0.05。2)治护前,Experimental组患者生活质量的评分〔(3.89±1.56)分〕、腰部功能的评分〔(32.45±8.12)分〕与Conventional组患者生活质量的评分〔(3.85±1.49)分〕、腰部功能的评分〔(32.56±7.66)分〕相比,P>0.05。治护后,Experimental组患者生活质量的评分〔(7.56±0.78)分〕、腰部功能的评分〔(58.45±10.49)分〕均高于Conventional组患者生活质量的评分〔(7.05±0.98)分〕、腰部功能的评分〔(45.12±11.05)分〕,P<0.05。结论:对腰椎间盘突出症患者进行综合护理的效果较好,能够有效地改善其腰部功能,提高其生活质量。
Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing care for patients with lumbar disc herniation and its influence on lumbar function and quality of life.Methods:82 patients with lumbar disc herniation who visited Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2017 to September 2019 were studied.The Experimental group and Conventional group were randomly divided into 41 patients in each group.Conventional nursing is performed for patients in the Conventional group,and comprehensive nursing is performed for Experimental patients on this basis.Then the nursing effect,quality of life score and waist function score of the two groups were compared.Results:1)The total effective rate of Experimental group(92.68%)was higher than that of Conventional group(80.48%),P<0.05.2)before treatment and care,the quality of life score(3.89±1.56)and waist function score(32.45±8.12)of Experimental group were compared with those of Conventional group(3.85±1.49)and waist function score(32.56±7.66),respectively,P>.05.After treatment and care,the quality of life score(7.56±0.78)and waist function score(58.45±10.49)of Experimental group were higher than those of Conventional group(7.05±0.98)and waist function score(45.12±11.05),P<0.05.Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing care for patients with lumbar disc herniation has a good effect,which can effectively improve their lumbar function and improve their quality of life.
