摘要
目的:观察对脊髓损伤合并神经源性肠道功能障碍患者进行深度灌肠对其腹胀症状的改善效果。方法:选取2018年1月至12月苏州大学附属第一医院收治的92例脊髓损伤合并神经源性肠道功能障碍患者作为研究对象。采用随机分组的方式将其分为Observation组和Control组(46例/组)。在两组患者出现腹胀症状时,对Control组患者进行常规灌肠,对Observation组患者进行深度灌肠。然后比较两组患者腹胀症状的改善效果。结果:接受灌肠后,Observation组患者腹压的下降值、肠鸣音出现频率的下降值、腹围的减小值分别为(3.08±1.50)cmH2O、(1.35±0.10)次/min、(3.30±0.26)cm,Control组患者腹压的下降值、肠鸣音出现频率的下降值、腹围的减小值分别为(1.03±0.06)cmH2O、(0.82±0.08)次/min、(2.11±0.28)cm;Observation组患者腹压的下降值、肠鸣音出现频率的下降值、腹围的减小值均大于Control组患者,P<0.05。结论:对脊髓损伤合并神经源性肠道功能障碍患者进行深度灌肠的效果较好,可显著改善其腹胀症状。
Objective:To observe the effect of deep enema on abdominal distension in patients with spinal cord injury combined with neurogenic intestinal dysfunction.Methods:92 patients with spinal cord injury combined with neurogenic intestinal dysfunction admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Soozhou University from January to December 2018 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into Observation group and Control group(46 cases/group)by random grouping.When the symptoms of abdominal distension appeared in the two groups,routine enema was performed in the Control group and deep enema was performed in the Observation group.Then the improvement of abdominal distension was compared between the two groups.Results:after receiving enema,the Observation group of patients with abdominal pressure decline in value,a drop in frequency of bowel sounds,reduce the value of 6(3.08±1.50)cmH2O respectively,(1.35±0.10)times/min,(3.30±0.26)cm,the Control group of patients with abdominal pressure decline in value,a drop in frequency of bowel sounds,reduce the value of 6(1.03±0.06)respectively cmH2O,(0.82±0.08)times/min,(2.11±0.28)cm;In the Observation group,the decreased values of abdominal pressure,frequency of intestinal sound and abdominal circumference were all greater than those in the Control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Deep enema is effective in patients with spinal cord injury combined with neurogenic intestinal dysfunction,and can significantly improve the symptoms of abdominal distension.
