摘要
目的:探讨用针刺蝶腭神经节疗法对变应性鼻炎患者进行治疗的效果。方法:选择东莞市东城社区卫生服务中心2019年3月至2020年3月收治的100例变应性鼻炎患者作为研究对象。将其随机分为Matched组和Research组(50例/组)。为Matched组患者采用氯雷他定进行治疗,为Research组患者采用针刺蝶腭神经节疗法进行治疗。然后对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:1)治疗后,Research组患者中临床疗效为显效的患者有37例(占74%),为好转的患者有9例(占18%),为无效的患者有4例(占8%);Matched组患者中临床疗效为显效的患者有33例(占66%),为有效的患者有4例(占8%),为无效的患者有13例(占26%)。Research组患者治疗的有效率(92%)高于Matched组患者治疗的有效率(74%),P<0.05。2)治疗前,Research组患者的RQLQ评分为(90.26±6.21)分,Matched组患者的RQLQ评分为(90.34±5.87)分;两组患者的RQLQ评分相比,P>0.05。治疗后,Research组患者的RQLQ评分为(62.43±4.13)分,Matched组患者的RQLQ评分为(76.65±5.77)分;Research组患者的RQLQ评分低于Matched组患者,P<0.05。结论:用针刺蝶腭神经节疗法对变应性鼻炎患者进行治疗的效果显著,可有效地改善其临床症状,提高其生活质量。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of sphenopalatine ganglion acupuncture on patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods:100 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to Dongcheng Community Health Service Center of Dongguan city from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as study subjects.It was randomly divided into Matched group and Research group(50 cases/group).Patients in the Matched group were treated with loratadine,and patients in the Research group were treated with acupuncture on sphenopalatal ganglion.The two groups were then compared.Results:1)After treatment,37 patients(74%)in the Research group showed significant clinical efficacy,9 patients(18%)showed improvement,and 4 patients(8%)showed no effect.Of the patients Matched with group,33(66%)were Matched with significantly effective clinical efficacy,4(8%)were valid,and 13(26%)were invalid.The effective rate of the patients in the Research group(92%)was higher than that of the Matched group(74%),P<0.05.2)Before treatment,the RQLQ score of the patients in the Research group was(90.26±6.21)points,and the Matched group’s RQLQ score was(90.34±5.87)points.RQLQ scores of patients in the two groups were compared,P>0.05.After treatment,the RQLQ score of the patients in the Research group was(62.43±4.13),and the RQLQ score of the Matched group was(76.65±5.77).The RQLQ score of the patients in the Research group was lower than that of the Matched group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Acupuncture of sphenopalatine ganglion is effective in the treatment of allergic rhinitis,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life.
