摘要
目的:探讨用清肺化痰汤治疗慢性支气管炎合并肺气肿的效果。方法:将巴中市通江县中医医院2017年11月至2019年8月收治的100例慢性支气管炎合并肺气肿患者随机分为Treatment组和Comparison组(50例/组)。对Comparison组患者进行常规治疗,在此基础上为Treatment组患者采用清肺化痰汤进行治疗。然后比较两组患者治疗的效果及治疗前后其最高呼气流速、一秒钟用力呼气容积和用力肺活量。结果:1)Comparison组患者治疗的总有效率为80%,Treatment组患者治疗的总有效率为96%。与Comparison组患者相比,Treatment组患者治疗的总有效率更高,P<0.05。2)治疗后,Treatment组患者的一秒钟用力呼气容积、用力肺活量均大于Comparison组患者,其最高呼气流速快于Comparison组患者,P<0.05。结论:用清肺化痰汤治疗慢性支气管炎合并肺气肿的效果较好,可显著改善患者的肺功能。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Qingfei Huatan Decoction in the treatment of chronic bronchitis with emphysema.Methods:100 patients with chronic bronchitis complicated with emphysema admitted to Tongjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Bazhong City from November 2017 to August 2019 were randomly divided into Treatment group and Comparison group(50 cases/group).Routine Treatment was given to patients in the Comparison group,and on this basis,the Treatment group was treated with Lung-clearing and Phlegm-resolving decoction.The effects of treatment,maximal expiratory velocity,forced expiratory volume per second,and forced vital capacity before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:1)The total effective rate of the Comparison group was 80%,and the total effective rate of the Treatment group was 96%.Compared with the Comparison group,the total effective rate of the Treatment group was higher(P<0.05).2)After Treatment,the forced expiratory volume and forced vital capacity in one second in the Treatment group were both greater than those in the Comparison group,and the highest expiratory flow rate was faster than that in the Comparison group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of qingfei Hutan Decoction in treating chronic bronchitis with emphysema is better,and the pulmonary function of patient s can be significantly improved.
