摘要
目的:探讨并分析用亚甲蓝示踪法对乳腺癌患者进行腋窝前哨淋巴结活检术(ASLNB)的效果。方法:选择近年来西南大学医院收治的75例疑似患有乳腺癌的患者作为研究对象。在这些患者入院后,均采用亚甲蓝示踪法对其进行ASLNB,然后与对其进行病理检查的结果相比较,观察用ASLNB诊断其病情的准确率、敏感性和特异性,总结用亚甲蓝示踪法对肿瘤直径、肿瘤位置及淋巴结肿大情况不同的患者进行ASLNB时其腋窝前哨淋巴结(ASLN)的检出率。结果:用ASLNB诊断这75例患者病情的准确率、敏感性及特异性分别为94.67%、95.74%与92.86%。用亚甲蓝示踪法对本研究中的患者进行ASLNB时,肿瘤直径≤5 cm的患者ASLN的检出率高于肿瘤直径>5 cm的患者,P<0.05;未触及淋巴结肿大的患者ASLN的检出率高于触及淋巴结肿大的患者,P<0.05。结论:用亚甲蓝示踪法对乳腺癌患者进行ASLNB对判断其是否发生癌细胞腋窝淋巴结转移具有重要的意义。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the effect of methylene blue tracer on axillary sentinel lymph node biopsy(ASLNB)in breast cancer patients.Methods:75 patients with suspected breast cancer admitted to southwest University Hospital in recent years were selected as the study subjects.In these patients after admission,all using methylene blue of ASLNB tracer method,and compared with pathologic examination of the results of observation with ASLNB the accuracy in diagnosis of the disease,the sensitivity and specificity,summary with methylene blue tracer method for tumor diameter,tumor location and lymph node enlargement of different patients when its ASLNB axillary sentinel lymph node(ASLN)detection rate.Results:The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of ASLNB were 94.67%,95.74%and 92.86%,respectively.When the methylene blue tracer was used to conduct ASLNB in the patients in this study,the detection rate of ASLN in patients with tumor diameter≤5 cm was higher than that in patients with tumor diameter>5 cm(P<0.05).The detection rate of ASLN was higher in patients without lymph node enlargement than in patients with lymph node enlargement(P<0.05).Conclusion:Methylene blue tracer for ASLNB in breast cancer patients is of great significance in determining whether axillary lymph node metastasis has occurred.
