摘要
目的:分析西部战区总医院不合理使用头孢地尼的情况。方法:将近年来从西部战区总医院信息管理系统中统计出的6000张包含头孢地尼的处方作为研究对象。对这些处方进行点评,分析处方中不合理使用头孢地尼的情况。结果:在这6000张处方中,不合理使用头孢地尼的处方有1320张,占22%。在这1320张不合理使用头孢地尼的处方中,无指征用药、用药时间不适宜、用法或用量不适宜、给药剂量不适宜、联合用药不适宜及其他不合理用药的处方分别有520张(占39.39%)、395张(占29.92%)、62张(占4.7%)、310张(占23.48%)、23张(占1.74%)和10张(占0.76%)。其中,无指征用药的处方所占的比例高于其他不合理使用头孢地尼的处方所占的比例,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:西部战区总医院不合理使用头孢地尼的情况较为严重。该医院不合理使用头孢地尼的具体表现主要是无指征用药、用药时间不适宜及给药剂量不适宜等。
Objective:To analyze the unreasonable use of cefdinil in the General Hospital of the Western Theater Command.Methods:In recent years,6000 prescriptions containing cefdinil were collected from the information management system of the General Hospital of the Western Theater Command.To comment on these prescriptions and analyze the unreasonable use of cefdinil in the prescriptions.Results:Of the 6,000 prescriptions,1,320,or 22%,were for the improper use of cefdinil.In this 1320 unreasonable use of cephalosporins in prescription,there is no indication of dosage of drugs,medication time is not suitable,usage,or inappropriate,give medicine dose not appropriate,unsuited combination and other unreasonable prescription medication there were,520(39.39%),395(29.92%),62(4.7%),310(23.48%),23(1.74%)and 10(0.76%).Among them,the proportion of prescriptions for drugs without requisition was higher than that for other prescriptions for unreasonable use of cefdinil,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The unreasonable use of cefdinil in the General Hospital of the Western Theater Command is serious.The unreasonable use of cefdinil in this hospital was mainly manifested as non-requisitive drugs,inappropriate time of administration and inappropriate dosage of administration.
