摘要
目的:探究用泮托拉唑钠治疗消化性溃疡所致上消化道出血(upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage,UGH)的临床效果。方法:将2016年1月至2019年1月期间合肥市第一人民医院收治的80例消化性溃疡所致UGH患者按照其入院的先后顺序分为泮托拉唑钠组(PS组,n=40)与奥美拉唑钠组(OS组,n=40)。对两组患者均进行常规治疗,在此基础上分别用泮托拉唑钠与奥美拉唑钠对PS组患者与OS组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的临床疗效及用药后其止血的时间。结果:PS组患者治疗的总有效率高于OS组患者,用药后其止血的时间短于OS组患者,P<0.05。结论:对消化性溃疡所致UGH患者进行常规治疗的基础上,用泮托拉唑钠对其进行治疗能显著缩短其止血的时间,提高其疗效。
Objective:To explore the clinical effects of pantoprazole sodium in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage(UGH)caused by peptic ulcer.Methods:80 patients with UGH caused by peptic ulcer admitted to The First People’s Hospital of Zunyi City from January 2016 to January 2019 were divided into pantoprazole sodium group(PS group,n=40)and Omeprazole sodium group(OS group,n=40)according to their order of admission.The two groups of patients were routinely treated.On this basis,patients in PS group and OS group were treated with pantoprazole sodium and omeprazole sodium,respectively.Then,the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients and the time of hemostasis after medication were compared.Results:The total effective rate of PS group was higher than that of OS group,and the time of hemostasis was shorter than that of OS group(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of routine treatment for patients with UGH caused by peptic ulcer,treatment with pantoprazole sodium can significantly shorten the time of hemostasis and improve its curative effect.
