摘要
目的:探讨用柴胡消渴汤对肝胃郁热型2型糖尿病患者进行治疗对其胰岛细胞功能及血糖的影响。方法:将昆山市第一人民医院2017年8月至2019年8月收治的44例肝胃郁热型2型糖尿病患者随机分为分析组(22例)和比较组(22例)。对比较组患者进行西药治疗,在此基础上为分析组患者采用柴胡消渴汤进行治疗。然后比较两组患者胰岛细胞功能及血糖水平的变化情况。结果:治疗后,分析组患者的HOMA-IR、FIN、FPG、2hPG、HbAlc的水平均低于比较组患者,P<0.05。结论:用柴胡消渴汤对肝胃郁热型2型糖尿病患者进行治疗可有效地改善其胰岛细胞的功能,降低其血糖水平。
Objective:To investigate the effects of Bupleurum Xiaoketang on islet cell function and blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:A total of 44 patients with t2DM admitted to The First People’s Hospital of Kunshan city from August 2017 to August 2019 were randomly divided into an analysis group(22 cases)and a comparison group(22 cases).Patients in the comparison group were treated with western medicine,and on this basis,patients in the analysis group were treated with Bupleurum Xiaoke Decoction.Then the changes of islet cell function and blood glucose level were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of HOMa-IR,FIN,FPG,2hPG and HbAlc in the analysis group were all lower than those in the comparison group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chaihu Xiaoketang can effectively improve the function of pancreatic islet cells and reduce the blood glucose leve l in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
