摘要
目的:探讨联用消痔灵注射、自动痔疮套扎术和穴位按压法治疗混合痔的临床效果。方法:将2018年10月至2020年2月期间在中山市西区医院及合作医院进行治疗的30例混合痔患者作为研究对象。将这30例患者分为对照组(n=15)和观察组(n=15)。对对照组患者使用传统的外剥内扎术进行治疗,对观察组使用消痔灵注射、自动痔疮套扎术和穴位按压法进行治疗。然后,比较两组患者的各项手术指标、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)的评分、并发症的发生率及其病情的复发率。结果:治疗后,与对照组患者相比,观察组患者手术的用时和创口愈合的时间均更短,其术中的出血量更少,其VAS的评分、并发症的发生率和病情的复发率均更低,P<0.05。结论:联用消痔灵注射、自动痔疮套扎术和穴位按压法治疗混合痔的效果显著,可明显减少患者术中的出血量,减轻其疼痛度,降低其并发症的发生率,其病情不易复发。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of combined xiaozheling injection,automatic hemorrhoid ligation and acupoint pressure in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:A total of 30 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who were treated in Zhongshan West Hospital and cooperative hospital from October 2018 to February 2020 were studied.The 30 patients were divided into control group(n=15)and observation group(n=15).Patients in the control group were treated with traditional external stripping and internal ligation,while patients in the observation group were treated with xiaozhiling injection,automatic hemorrhoid ligation and acupoint compression.Then,various surgical indicators,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,incidence of complications and recurrence rates of the disease were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,compared with the control group,patients in the observation group had shorter operation time and wound healing time,less intraoperative blood loss,lower VAS score,incidence of complications and recurrence rate of the disease(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of xiaozheling injection,automatic hemorrhoid ligation and acupoint pressure treatment of mixed hemorrhoids has a significant effect,can significantly reduce the amount of bleeding in the operation,reduce the pain,reduce the incidence of complic ations,the disease is not easy to relapse.
