摘要
目的:探讨使用输尿管镜钬激光碎石术与输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术对老年输尿管结石患者进行治疗的效果。方法:将2017年9月至2019年3月期间桂平市人民医院收治的90例老年输尿管结石患者根据随机数表法分为手术Ⅰ组和手术Ⅱ组。为手术Ⅰ组患者使用输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术进行治疗,为手术Ⅱ组患者使用输尿管镜钬激光碎石术进行治疗。然后观察两组患者的手术用时、手术结束至出院的时间、血肌酐(Cr)的水平及血尿素氮(BUN)的水平。结果:手术Ⅱ组患者的手术用时及手术结束至出院的时间均短于手术Ⅰ组患者,术后其血Cr及BUN的水平均低于手术Ⅰ组患者,P<0.05。结论:与使用输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术相比,使用输尿管镜钬激光碎石术对老年输尿管结石患者进行治疗的手术用时短,其术后能较快康复,其术后血Cr及BUN的水平更低。
Objective:To investigate the effect of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy and ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of aged ureteral calculi.Methods:in September 2017 to March 2019 guigang city people’s hospital treated 90 cases of elderly patients with ureteral c alculi based on randomⅠindicator method is divided into surgery and surgicalⅡgroup.Ⅰfor surgery patients using ureteroscopy pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy for treatment,surgery forⅡgroup of patients using ureteroscopy holmium laser lithotripsy for treatment.Then observe the operation time of the two groups of patients,the end of the operation to the time of discharge,blood creatinine(Cr)level and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)level.Results:the operationⅡgroup of patients with surgery time and end time to discharge from the hospitalⅠgroup were shorter than surgery patients,the postoperative blood Cr and BUN levels are lower than surgeryⅠgroup of patients,(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the use of ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy,the use of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy for the treatment of elderly ureteral calculi patients with a shorter operation time,its postoperative recovery can be faster,the postoperative blood Cr and BUN level is lower.
