摘要
目的:比较用美托洛尔与卡维地洛治疗高血压的临床效果。方法:将2018年3月至2019年3月期间北京市西城区展览路社区卫生服务中心接诊的76例高血压患者按照治疗方法的不同分为卡维地洛组(CVD组,n=38)与美托洛尔组(MTL组。n=38)。分别用卡维地洛与美托洛尔对CVD组患者与MTL组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的收缩压、舒张压、心率及其不良反应的发生率。结果:治疗后,CVD组患者的舒张压、收缩压和心率均低于MTL组患者,P<0.05。用药后,CVD组患者不良反应的发生率低于MTL组患者,P<0.05。结论:用卡维地洛治疗高血压的效果优于用美托洛尔治疗该病的效果,能有效地改善患者的收缩压、舒张压及心率,且用药的安全性较高。
Objective:To compare the clinical effect of metoprolol and carvedilol in the treatment of hypertension.Methods:76 patients with hypertension treated at Xiexilu Community Health Service Center,Xicheng District,Beijing from March 2018 to March 2019 were divided into CVD group(N=38)and MEtoprolol group(MTL group)according to different treatment methods.(N=38).Patients in CVD group and MTL group were treated with carvedilol and metoprolol respectively,and then systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and heart rate in CVD group were lower than those in MTL group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in CVD group was lower than that in MTL group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of carvedilol in the treatment of hypertension is better than that of metoprolol in the treatment of hypertension,which can effectively improve systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate,and the safety of the drug is higher.
