摘要
急救护理学中高职贯通教育培养模式既完善了现代职业教育体系又解决了社会对高端护理人才的需求。学生来自初中毕业生,但临床专业课程尤其是急救护理实验操作要求等同于高等职业教育。为提升中高职贯通护生实践操作能力,在原有教学安排的基础上还应注重护生关怀照护教育,加强情景模拟教学,建立模拟院内病房,三方面共同推进,使其成为真正意义上的高端护理人才。
The training model of higher vocational education in first aid nursing has perfected the modern vocational education system and solved the demand for high-quality nursing talents.Students come from junior high school graduates,but clinical professional courses,especially first aid nursing experimental operation requirements are equivalent to higher vocational education.In order to improve the practical operation ability of nursing students in middle and higher vocational colleges,we should pay attention to nursing students’ caring and nursing education,strengthen the teaching of scene simulation and set up the hospital ward to help them become the high-quality nursing talents in the real sense.
