摘要
针对当前工科专硕培养中存在的工程实践参与不足问题,进行校企深度融合的工科专硕应用型创新人才培养新模式的探索。新模式的创新点在于高校与企业签订专硕研究生实习合同,充分利用工科专硕学生既是学生又是企业员工的双重身分提升他们的实践动手能力,将他们培养成符合企业要求的应用型创新人才。
Aiming at the problem of insufficient participation in engineering practice,this paper explores the new model of cultivating innovative talents in engineering specialty with deep integration of school and enterprise.The innovation of the new training model is that the university will sign the internship contract with the enterprise,and make full use of the dual identity of the engineering students as both the students and the employees of the enterprise to enhance their practical ability and train them into the applied innovative talents that meet the requirements of the enterprise.
