摘要
以地方本科院校枣庄学院生物科学专业为例,构建公费师范生教学技能提升的分年级(N)、按专项(Z)、设竞赛(J)分层次逐步提升的培养体系,通过在该专业师范生培养中实践,为地方院校公费师范生教学技能的提升提供可借鉴的案例。
Taking the local undergraduate college,Zaozhuang College,as a pilot project,a training system was constructed by grades(N),special projects(Z),and competitions(J),with the purpose of improving the teaching skills of public-funded normal students.The experience gained through this practice provides a reference case for the improvement of teaching skills of public-funded normal students in local universities.
