摘要
故障预测与健康管理(PHM)是现代装备研制的新兴需求,也是提升现役装备维修保障能力的重要途径。本文面向现役装备,提出一种基于历史数据的PHM设计方法,并在某型号雷达设备上成功应用,实现了状态评价和故障预测。
Prognostics and health management is the new needs of the new equipments. And it’s also the important way to increase the supportability and maintenance capability of existing equipments. This paper presents a design method of PHM based on historical data. The methods is used for an existent radar. The state evaluation and failure prediction are realized.
