摘要
社区治理是社会治理的最后1公里,结合发达国家"有产业无社区"发展模式,以期探讨我国城市化发展机制,以及社区治理之未来发展趋势。农村地区的发展、农业人口的转变是衡量城市化的重要指标之一,以美国农业现代化发展模式为参考,即可厘清农业现代化与城市化的关系。由此出发,结合我国现实国情,可从多方面入手共同推进我国城市化发展。
Community governance is the last mile of social governance.This paper aims to explore the development mechanism of urbanization and the future development trend of community governance in China by combining with the development model of"with industry without community"in developed countries.The development of rural areas and the transformation of agricultural population are one of the important indicators to measure urbanization.From this point of view,combined with China’s national conditions,we can start from all aspects to jointly promote the development of China’s urbanization.
