摘要
【目的】旨在成功建立FMDVC57BL/6小鼠的实验感染模型。【方法】采用体内和体外循环适应传代的方法,选取一株对C57BL/6小鼠不敏感FMDVO/HK/CHA/99MF4,将其在C57BL/6小鼠(体内)和胎猪肾原代细胞FPK(体外)进行多次循环适应传代。【结果】成功获得一株对C57BL/6小鼠敏感的FMDVO/HK/CHA/99MF4C5株。【结论】本研究成功建立了FMDV突变株感染C57BL/6小鼠的实验动物模型,为未来FMD疫苗效力的评估和致病性相关的研究奠定了基础。
[Objective]To successfully establish the C57 BL/6 mice experimental infection model for foot-and-mouth disease virus.[Methods]The foot-and-mouth disease virus O/HK/CHA/99 MF4 strain,which is insensitive to C57 BL/6 mice,was selected and continuously passaged in C57 BL/6 mice(in vivo)and fetal pig kidney cells(in vitro).[Results]We successfully obtained a foot-and-mouth disease virus mutant(O/HK/CHA/99 MF4 C5),which was sensitive to C57 BL/6 mouse.[Conclusion]This study successfully established C57 BL/6 mice model for a foot-and-mouth disease virus mutant strain,which lays a foundation for the evaluation of the efficacy of foot-and-mouth disease vaccine and the study on pathogenicity in the future.
