摘要
在公民新闻盛行的时代,新闻的生产空间由媒体空间下放到现场空间,普通公众以匿名的方式就可以生产新闻且很多的爆款新闻都来自公众。当前新闻失实责任认定的困境有:新闻生产主体多元化、传播平台多元化、新闻发布后的可删除性和可篡改性。区块链技术下的新闻平台,由于分布采用记账模式,“记账+共识+时间+方向”基本能保证新闻的可溯源性、公开性与防篡改性或被删除,这样新闻失实的责任认定就变得容易且具一定的准确性。
In the era of popular citizen news,the production space of news is devolved from media space to live space,and the public can produce news anonymously and many popular news comes from the public.At present,the difficulties in determining the responsibility of news misrepresentation include the diversification of the main body of news production,the diversification of communication platform,the erasability and tamperability of news release.The news platform under blockchain technology for its distribution adopting the accounting mode of“accounting+consensus+time+direction”can basically guarantee the traceability,the openness and the tamper-proof or the deletion of the news,so recognition of responsibility of news misrepresentation becomes easy and accurate.
