摘要
在传统SBH(社会脑假设)和社会网络理论基础上,对使用求职讨论网进行求职的过程中,受到网络关系维持成本的非线性调节作用进行了实证分析和验证。在全国范围内较有代表性的6个城市进行问卷调研,对获得的3634例有效问卷中的数据进行多元回归分析,结果显示:(1)在现阶段“知识密集型人才”求职群体中,求职讨论网的使用对求职途径和求职满意度依然有显著的积极影响;(2)在求职讨论网“核心圈”成员中,网络关系维持成本在求职讨论网对求职途径和求职满意度的影响过程中起到了显著的倒U型调节作用;(3)关系维持成本分配差异在较高维持成本投人水平上对求职讨论网的正向调节作用更加显著,并存在显著的地区间差异。
Based on the traditional SBH(Social Brain Hypothesis)and Social Network theory,this paper specifically analyses the moderating effect of network relationship maintenance costs on the process of job-searching that using job searching discussion network.The questionnaire survey is conducted in 6 representative cities nationwide.The data of 3634 valid questionnaires are analyzed by multiple regression analysis,results show that:(1)At present,in the group of"knowledge intensive"job searchers,the use of job searching discussion network still has a significant pjositive impact on the job search approaches and job satisfaction;(2)Among the members of"core circle"of job searching discussion network,network relationship maintenance cost plays a significant role in the process of social network^influence on job search approach and jobsearching satisfaction.(3)The difference of network maintenance costs distribution plays a more significant positive role in moderating the effect of social network on the higher network maintenance costs input level,and shows significant regional differences.
