低压铸造铝合金轮毂的数值模拟及工艺优化 被引量:17

Numerical Simulation of Low Pressure Casting Aluminum Alloy Wheel and its Process Optimization

摘要 针对低压铸造铝合金轮毂中的缺陷,分析了凝固缺陷产生的原因和分布特征。采用ProCAST软件对低压铸造铝合金轮毂的充型和凝固过程进行数值模拟,得出了充型与凝固过程的温度场分布规律,分析了凝固缺陷产生的原因及机理。根据模拟结果,对轮毂低压铸造的冷却工艺进行改进和优化。结果表明,通过在轮毂模具上对应热节部位增设水冷管道,确定在浇注后60s开启冷却水冷却,以增强热节部位的冷却速度,使轮毂符合顺序凝固,能够有效地消除轮毂热节处的缩松缺陷,改善了轮毂的力学性能。 Aiming at the casting defects in low pressure casting aluminum alloy wheel hub,the characteristics and distribution of solidification defects were analyzed.The ProCAST software was used to simulate the filling and solidification process.The temperature distribution of the filling and solidification process of low pressure casting aluminum alloy wheel hub was presented,and the origination and mechanism of the solidification defects were analyzed.According to the simulated results,the cooling process of low pressure casting wheel hub was improved and optimized.The results reveal that by means of adding water-cooled pipes at the corresponding hot spot on the hub mould,it is determined that the cooling water is turned on 60 safter pouring to enhance the cooling rate of the hot spot and solidify the hubs in sequence,effectively reducing the shrinkage defects at the hot spot and ensuring the mechanical properties of the wheel hub.
