摘要
为了有效规避监理工作中的安全责任风险,以安全责任风险分析为切入点,研究监理工程师在工作中易出现的来自分包商、业主、勘查设计单位及监理单位的风险,并对此提出加强内部管理、提高监理工程师水平、做好工程全程管控等风险防范措施,以期为相关管理者提供参考.
In order to effectively avoid the security responsibility risk in supervision work,taking safety responsibility risk analysis as the breakthrough point,we studied the risks that are likely to occur in a supervision engineer′work from the subcontractors,the owners,exploration and design units and supervision units,and proposed risk prevention measures,including strengthening internal management,improving the level of supervision engineers and doing a good job in controlling the whole process of a project so as to provide reference for relevant supervisors.
