摘要
基于培养职业技能和工匠精神,从学生学情分析、教学方法创新两个方面探索金工实训教学新模式,将工程实践能力和工匠精神教育融入金工实训技能和专业知识的教学过程中,以有效发挥实训课程的引领作用,构建职业技能培养和工匠精神教育新机制。
In order to cultivate students’vocational skills and craftsmanship spirit,this paper probes into the new mode of teaching for metalworking practical training in the aspects of the analysis of the situation of teaching and the innovation of teaching methods.The engineering practical ability and the craftsmanship spirit education can be integrated into the teaching process of metalworking practical training skills and specialized knowledge,to effectively give play to the leading role of the practical training course,establish a new mechanism for vocational skills training and the craftsmanship spirit education.
