摘要
目的探究无缝隙护理在盐酸氨溴索治疗肺炎护理中的应用及对患者不良反应发生的影响。方法选取我院2017年9月~2019年5月收治的肺炎患者116例,根据不同的治疗手段将其分为对照组及研究组,各58例。对照组采用常规治疗方法,研究组在对照组的基础上加以无缝隙护理。结果研究组治疗后痰液性质、痰量、咳嗽程度均高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组治疗后临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组治疗后不良反应少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采取无缝隙护理的模式,能降低不良反应的发生率,临床疗效比较显著,还能提高患者对于护理的满意度,值得在临床中广泛推广。
Objective To explore the application of seamless nursing in the nursing of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of pneumonia and its effects on the adverse reactions of patients.Methods 116 patients with pneumonia admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2017 to May 2019 were selected,and divided into the control group and the study group according to different therapeutic means,with 58 patients in each group.The control group received the conventional therapy,while the study group was given seamless nursing on the basis of the control group.Results The sputum properties,sputum volume,and cough degree after treatment of the study group were all higher than the control group(P<0.05);The clinical efficacy after treatment of the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);And the adverse reactions after treatment of the study group were less than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The adoption of seamless nursing mode can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,with more significant clinical efficacy,and can also improve the satisfaction of patients for nursing,which is worthy of widespread promotion in clinical practice.
