摘要
对YJ19卷烟机牌子箱传动系统进行改进,重新设计传动链并在适当处加装过渡轴,利用原同步齿形带轮简化了机械结构,从而保留原卷烟纸补偿装置传动及原卷烟纸张力补偿功能,确保设备运行的稳定性,减少了该系统故障点和漏油点,节省了维修时间和维护费用。
The transmission system of brand box of YJ19 cigarette machine is improved.The transmission chain is redesigned and the transition shaft is added at a proper place,the original synchronous toothed pulley is used to simplify the mechanical structure,so as to retain the transmission function of the original cigarette paper compensation device and the tension compensation function of the original cigarette paper,ensure the stability of the equipment operation,reduce the failure point and oil leakage point of the system,save the maintenance time and maintenance cost.
