摘要
为解决物流系统中由破损木托盘造成的输送故障、产品损坏等问题,采用图像处理与传感器检测技术相结合的方法,设计了一套破损木托盘检测警报装置。该装置主要包括工控机、PLC、反射式传感器、工业相机、警报器及输送剔除设备等,通过对破损木托盘的图像识别检测结果和传感器检测数据的结合产生检测结果并发出警报,最后经输送剔除设备将破损木托盘剔除,避免进入烟箱码垛工序,有效的提高了破损木托盘的检出率,降低了故障发生次数和产品损坏。结果表明:改进后破损木托盘检出率有原来的25%提高至94%。
In order to solve the problems caused by damaged wooden pallets in the logistics system,such as trans-portation failure and product damage,a detection and alarm device for damaged pallets was designed by combining image processing and sensor detection technology.The device was mainly composed of industrial computer,PLC,reflective sensors,industrial cameras,alarm device,conveying and eliminating equipment.Through the combination of image recognition test results and sensor detection data,detection results and alarms were generated by PLC.Finally,the damaged pallets were removed by conveying and eliminating equipment to avoid them entering into the next process.The device effectively improved the inspection accuracy of damaged pallets,at the same time it reduced the number of failures and product damage.The results showed that the detection accuracy of damaged pallets raised from 25%to 94%.
