摘要
2014年至今,中国特色小镇始于浙江,推广于全国,发展迅速,对助推我国经济转型升级和调节城乡关系具有重要的战略意义。2018年8月,国家发改委提出要建立特色小镇的高质量发展机制,标志着特色小镇的发展进入新的发展时期。特色小镇的发展中出现了诸如"梦想小镇""云栖小镇"等一批特色小镇,但是也存在一些问题。如缺乏特色小镇建设质量评价机制、"生产、生活、生态"融合偏差等。本文通过对我国特色小镇的发展、现状和特点进行全面分析论述,对我国特色小镇的发展进行深入解读以提出推动特色小镇健康发展的建议。
Since 2014, small towns with Chinese characteristics have started in Zhejiang and spread throughout the country. They have developed rapidly and have important strategic significance for boosting my country’s economic transformation and upgrading and regulating urban-rural relations. In August 2018, the National Development and Reform Commission proposed to establish a high-quality development mechanism for characteristic towns, marking the development of characteristic towns into a new development period. A number of characteristic towns such as "Dream Town" and "Yunqi Town" have appeared in the development of characteristic towns,but there are also some problems. Such as the lack of quality evaluation mechanism for the construction of characteristic towns, the integration deviation of "production, life, ecology" and so on. This article through a comprehensive analysis of the development, current situation and characteristics of China’s characteristic towns, in-depth interpretation of the development of my country’s characteristic towns to put forward suggestions to promote the healthy development of characteristic towns.
