摘要
目的探讨盐酸埃克替尼治疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者疗效与不良反应的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月间盐城市第二人民医院收治的79例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者为研究对象。采用吉非替尼治疗的39例患者纳入对照组,采用盐酸埃克替尼治疗的40例患者纳入观察组。依据肿瘤评估标准比较两组患者的临床效果,根据临床治疗情况记录并比较两组患者不良反应及生活质量。结果观察组的总有效率和疾病控制率分别为60.0%和92.5%,均高于对照组的46.2%和84.6%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率为25.0%,对照组为28.2%,两组不良反应情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者采用盐酸埃克替尼治疗,能够促进治疗效果的显著提升,且不良反应情况较小,有助于提高患者的生活质量水平,利于临床应用及推广。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of icotinib hydrochloride in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods Seventy-nine patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer treated at Yancheng Second People’s Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.Forty patients using icotinib hydrochloride were included in an observation group and39 patients using gefitinib were included in a control group.Clinical efficacy was compared between the two treatments according to the criteria of tumor evaluation.Adverse reactions and quality of life were recorded and compared.Results The overall efficacy rate(60.0%)and disease control rate(92.5%)in the observation group were higher than 46.2%and 84.6%,respectively of the control group(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the overall incidence of complications between the observation group(25.0%)and the control group(28.2%).The scores of quality of life were higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The use of icotinib hydrochloride in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer can significantly improve the treatment effect,overall survival period and quality of life with low incidence of complicaitons,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
