摘要
校外生产性实训基地是实施现代学徒制的重要场所,校企合作共建校外生产实训基地是酿酒技术专业提高人才培养质量的重要途径,建立有效的长效合作机制和开展富有成效的合作,是酿酒技术专业当前不断探索和实践的主要内容。我院酿酒技术专业校外生产性实训基地从利益分配机制、教学管理体制机制、双导师组建机制等方面开展创新性探索实践,取得一定成果,有力推动酿酒技术专业人才培养质量的提高。
The off-campus productive training base is an important place for the implementation of modern apprenticeship.The cooperation between schools and enterprises to jointly build the off-campus production training base is an important way to improve the quality of personnel training in the brewing technology profession,establish an effective long-term cooperation mechanism and carry out effective.The cooperation is the main content of the continuous exploration and practice of the brewing technology major.Our college productive training base of our college's brewing technology major has carried out innovative exploration and practice in the aspects of profit distribution mechanism,teaching management system mechanism,dual tutor formation mechanism and has achieved certain results,which has strongly promoted the improvement of the quality of brewing technology professionals.
