石墨烯、二氧化钛与木器漆复合材料光催化及相关理化性能研究 被引量:1

Study on the Photocatalysis and Related Physical and Chemical Properties of Graphene,Titanium Dioxide and Wood Lacquer Composites

摘要 甲醛是室内装修危害最严重的污染源之一,难以去除和自然降解。二氧化钛具有良好的光催化效果,但受到很多方面的限制,石墨烯对二氧化钛有良好的改性作用,可以有效提高其光催化效率。将其复合材料分散在木器漆中是解决室内装修引起甲醛污染的一个可行方法。经过试验发现复合材料对甲醛降解效果十分优秀,8d降解效果均达到85%以上。改性二氧化钛与木器漆复合材料既具有降解甲醛的优良效果又能提升木器漆的理化性能。 The formaldehyde is one of the most serious pollution sources in indoor decoration,which is difficult to remove and naturally degrade.The titanium dioxide has a good photocatalytic effect,but it also has many limitations;the graphene has a good modification effect on titanium diox-ide,which can effectively improve its photocatalytic efficiency.The dispersion of graphene-titanium dioxide composite in the wood lacquer is a feasi-ble way to solve the formaldehyde pollution.Through the experiments,it is found that the degradation effect of the composite material on formalde-hyde is excellent,and the 8d degradation effect reaches more than 85%.The composite material of modified titanium dioxide and wood lacquer not only has the excellent effect of degrading formaldehyde but also improves the physical and chemical properties of wood lacquer.
