摘要 为了实现对油田水质环境中水中油浓度、总铁含量、浊度、pH等参数的连续在线监测,该文提出了一种油田多参数水质监测技术方案。通过研究油田工艺管路中的水体特性,获取了不同参数的检测方案;借助于现场取样时的管路预处理设计,消除了水中杂质及管路污染对测试的可靠性影响;搭建了油田多参数水质监测系统,对监测方案进行了验证。研究结果表明,在不影响现场水质特征的前提下,可实现对油田水体多种参数的在线监测,验证了该方案具有实际可行性。 A multi-parameter water quality monitoring technical solution of oilfield is proposed in this paper,in order to realize continuous online monitoring of oil concentration in water,total iron content,turbidity,pH and other parameters in the oilfield environment.Different parameters detection scheme was produced by studying the characteristics of water in oilfield technical pipeline.With the help of the pipeline pretreatment design during sampling on spot,the influence of impurity in water and pipeline pollution on the test reliability was eliminated.A multi-parameter water quality monitoring system was set up to verify the monitoring scheme.The results show that the technical scheme can realize multi-parameters on-line monitoring of oilfield water,which verifies the feasibility,on condition that the water quality characteristics on spot is not affected.
