摘要
本研究以山东高校处级干部为主要研究对象,通过问卷调查的方式,首次对高校管理者视野中的高校与区域经济发展关系进行了调查研究。通过对高校与地方经济发展关系相关问题的调研和数据分析,提出了提高高校管理者认识水平、增加省政府对高等教育投入、保证人才培养质量、建立立体化多元化高校与地方经济发展沟通交流渠道的对策建议。
This study focused on sectional directors from the colleges and universities of Shandong as the main research objects and carried out systematic research on the relationship between universities and their regional economy in the perspective of university administrators by questionnaire survey.Through the investigation and data analysis of the issues related to the relationship between universities and local economic development,it is proposed to improve the level of university managers’awareness,increase the provincial government’s investment in tertiary education,ensure the quality of talent training,and establish the three-dimensional and diversified communication channels between universities and local economic development.
