摘要
基于中小型燃气锅炉领域NOx的排放现状及产生机理,从浓淡燃烧技术、分级燃烧技术、超级混合技术、烟气外循环(FGR)技术等方面介绍中小型燃气锅炉超低氮改造技术。结合项目案例,通过对锅炉进行技术改造后有效降低了NOx排放浓度。
Based on NOx emission condition and production mechanism of small,middle type gas-fired boilers,the author introduces ultra low nitrogen combustion renovation technology for small,middle type gas-fired boilers from dense lean combustion technology,staged combustion technology,super mixing technology to flue gas recirculation(FGR) technology.Combined with case study,the article proves to reduce NOx emission concentration after boiler renovation.
