摘要
本标准中,超低能耗建筑定义为不考虑可再生能源抵扣的前提下,住宅建筑全年单位套内使用面积供暖、空调、通风电耗不高于20 kWh/m^2,且能实现室内居住热舒适。本标准技术路线主要是通过改善保温、合理处理冷热桥、加强隔热、实现良好的气密性等被动式设计提升围护结构性能、减少建筑供暖空调负荷,通过采用高性能供暖空调设备、高效热回收新风系统等主动式设计降低建筑能耗需求,最终实现在超低建筑能耗约束指标。
In this standard,ultra-low-energy buildings are defined as the annual consumption of heating,air-conditioning,ventilation and electricity consumption per unit of residential buildings is not higher than 20 kWh/m^2 without considering the deduction of renewable energy,and can achieve indoor residential heat Comfortable.The technical route of this standard is mainly to improve the performance of the envelope structure,reduce the heating and air conditioning load of the building by adopting passive design such as improved thermal insulation,reasonable treatment of hot and cold bridges,enhanced thermal insulation,and good airtightness,and to adopt high-performance heating and air conditioning equipment.Active design such as high-efficiency heat recovery fresh air system reduces building energy consumption requirements,and ultimately achieves ultra-low building energy consumption constraints.
