摘要
以系统论解析饮用水安全保障,以对"十一五""水专项"以来形成的关键技术进行技术评估的基础上,形成包含安全性设计、韧性设计、可持续设计的饮用水安全保障技术体系,解决了从源头到龙头的全流程工艺技术、风险应对和应急供水及救援技术、应对现在和未来发展挑战技术的全方位的技术集成。
By systems theory based design of drinking water security and technology assessment of the key technologies formed since the 11 th Five-Year Plan major water projects,this paper constructed a comprehensive technical integrated water security system of safety design,resilience design and sustainability design,which include full-process source to tap technologies,risk management,emergency water supply and rescue technologies,and technologies to meet the challenges of present and future development.
