摘要
水环境综合治理是当前我国生态文明建设的重要任务,针对各地工程建设碎片化、治理效果不理想的现状,阐述编制系统方案的重要性和技术路线,同时以珠海横琴一体化区为例,以水陆统筹系统性思维为引领,研究水环境综合治理系统方案,思考和探讨现状特征分析及水环境治理方案、水安全保障方案和水生态修复方案的编制要点。
Comprehensive management of water environment is an important task in the construction of ecological civilization in China.The importance and technical route of compiling systematic schemes are elaborated,aiming at the current situation of fragmentation of construction and unsatisfactory management in various regions.At the same time,taking Hengqin Integration Zone in Zhuhai as an example,and based on the systematic thinking of land and water,this paper studies the scheme of comprehensive water environment management,considers and discusses the characteristics and problems of the current situation,and the key points of compiling the scheme of water environment management,water security guarantee and water ecological remediation.
