引射对航空发动机MILD燃烧稳定性的影响

摘要 为了研究空气引射对航空发动机MILD燃烧稳定性和燃烧特性的影响,用安装在空气扩压器壁面上的引射环缝开关,控制空气喷嘴的引射状态,数值计算并对比分析其对MILD燃烧方式和燃烧性能的影响。结果表明,无空气引射时,燃烧火焰较长,波动较大;加入适量引射空气,火焰缩短,稳定性提高并向喷嘴位置靠近。空气引射能一定程度上抑制高速空气射流带来的燃烧不稳定问题,为航空发动机应用MILD燃烧技术提供参考。 In order to study the effect of air ejection on the combustion stability and characteristics of aeroengine MILD,the air ejection condition is controlled by a switch installed on the air diffuser wall.Numerical calculations and comparative analysis are performed to evaluate the effect to the combustion mode and the combustion performance of MILD.The results show that the combustion flame has a long flame length with large fluctuations under no air ejection.However,under a proper amount of air ejection the flame length is shortened,the stability is increased and the flame moves towards the nozzle.Air ejection can partially overcome the instability of combustion caused by the high-speed air jet.These results can provide a guidance for the design of aeroengine MILD combustor.
