腔内影像学技术指导和优化药物涂层球囊应用新进展 被引量:1

摘要 从普通球囊扩张术到金属裸支架置入术,再到药物洗脱支架(drug eluting stent,DES)的应用,冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病介入治疗史经历了一次又一次的腾飞。而DES本身及表面的聚合物载体具有炎症刺激反应,使部分患者术后难免出现再狭窄。而对于这类再狭窄病变,再次置入支架则可能引发再狭窄或多次置入支架的风险。药物涂层球囊drugcoated balloon,DCB通过局部向冠状动脉血管壁释放抗增殖药物,从而达到抑制血管内膜增生的效果[1]。
