摘要 电机车运行在焦炉焦侧轨道上,工作环境恶劣,粉尘大、温差大、水气大。作为牵引设备,要求具有运行速度快,牵引载荷重,工作时间连续等特点。电机车制动性能的优劣直接关系到电机车的行车安全及使用性能。提出了一种在恶劣工况下利用气压实现电机车制动系统集中操作的实现方法。该方法能够实现电机车在行走过程中的快速制动和精确制动,在恶劣环境中具有良好的稳定性和可靠性。 The electric locomotive runs on the coke side track of the coke oven. It works in the bad working environment, with large dust, big gap of temperature and large water vapor. As one of the essential traction equipment in coking process, the electric locomotive has the characteristics of fast running speed, heavy traction load and continuous working time. The brake performance of the electric locomotive is directly related to the driving safety and service performance of the electric locomotive.Presents a method to realize the central control of the electric locomotive braking system by using the air pressure in harsh environment. This method can realize fast braking and precise braking of the electric locomotive in the process of traveling. It has good stability and reliability in harsh environment.
