摘要
本课题针对煤化工废水零排放处理工艺中,氯化钠蒸发结晶生产过程中出现的离心机不推料,旋流分离器出口固含量波动大,二效蒸发器和母液管线氯化钠浓溶液流动不通畅,自动化控制系统水平低等问题提出解决办法,提高了氯化纳蒸发结晶产品质量,确保了安全稳定运行。
In view of problems existed in the coal chemical wastewater zero discharge process such as:the centrifuge in production process of sodium chloride evaporation and crystallization does not push material,the outlet solid content of cyclone separator fluctuates greatly,the flow of concentrated sodium chloride solution in double-effective evaporator and mother liquor pipe is not smooth,the low level of automation control system,the solutions are proposed and the quality of sodium chloride evaporation crystallization products are improved,which ensure safe and stable operation.
