摘要
对肿瘤运动管理现状、移动健康在运动管理中的具体应用进行综述,并提出移动健康在运动管理中的思考及展望,以期为国内开展运动管理的移动干预提供参考。其中具体应用的内容包括制定运动计划、记录运动情况、督促完成运动目标。
This article reviews the status of exercise management in cancer and the application of mobile health in exercise management,and puts forward the thinking and prospect of mobile health in exercise management of cancer patients so as to provide a basis for carrying out mobile intervention in exercise management in China.The specific application content includes making an exercise plan,recording the exercise as well as supervising the achievement of exercise goals.
