摘要
从时间维度上对企业生命周期中的创新精神曲线进行拓展,探讨公司创业在创新精神跃迁和企业持续发展方面的重要性。借鉴技术生命周期理论,完善技术成熟度概念,并据此分析公司创业业务与企业现有业务在技术优势方面的相互溢出效应,及其对企业创新精神跃迁的影响。借鉴产品生命周期、技术采用生命周期修正模型及"峡谷"概念等理论,提出市场成熟度的概念。结合技术成熟度和市场成熟度的概念,提出公司创业边界界定的二维分析矩阵,归纳出公司创业边界界定的四种发展模式,即进取型发展、保守型发展、防御型发展和竞争型发展。
The entrepreneurship curve of enterprise life cycle is expanded from time dimension,the importance of corporate entrepreneurship in entrepreneurship transition and enterprise sustainable development is discussed.On the basis of technology life cycle theory,the concept of technology maturity degree is consummated.Consequently,the mutual overflow effect of technological advantage between corporate entrepreneurship business and enter prise existing business is analyzed;the influence of corporate entrepreneurship on enterprise entrepreneurship transition is explained.On the basis of product life cycle,technology adoption life cycle modified model and"Canyon"concept,the concept of market maturity degree is offered.By combining with technology maturity degree and market maturity degree,the two-dimensional analysis matrix of corporate entrepreneurship boundary definition is offered and four kinds of development model of corporate entrepreneurship boundary definition are generalized:aggressive development,conservative development,defense development and competitive development.
