摘要
ZnO因其具有较高的紫外光催化活性、无毒、价廉而受到人们的广泛关注。但ZnO带隙较宽,只能在波长较短的紫外光照射下才能被激发,ZnO量子产率较低,光生载流子复合率较高,限制了ZnO在光催化领域的应用。采用Ag修饰可以显著地提高ZnO光催化性能,根据Ag-ZnO的不同制备方法进行了分类,综述了国内外Ag-ZnO复合材料的制备工艺及其光催化性能研究的最新成果。
ZnO has attracted wide attention because of its high UV photocatalytic activity,non-toxicity and low cost.However,ZnO has a wide band gap and can only be excited under the irradiation of short-wavelength ultraviolet light.The quantum yield of ZnO is low and the photo-generated carrier recombination rate is high,which limits the application of ZnO in photocatalysis.The modification of Ag can significantly improve the photocatalytic performance of ZnO.According to the different preparation methods,Ag-ZnO composites was classified,and summarized the latest research results on the preparation process and photocatalytic performance of Ag-ZnO composites both domestic and overseas.
