摘要
目前,我国虽然出台了中小学教师减负的文件,但中小学教师减负问题依然亟待解决。中小学教师负担过重主要体现在教学、教研、培训、学生管理等方面。造成中小学教师负担过重的原因是教育改革与传统文化对中小学教师提出了更高的要求、学校管理欠人性化及教师自身因素的影响。解决中小学教师负担过重问题需要从国家、社会、学校、教师自身四个层面来共同努力。
At present,China has issued documents about burden reduction of primary and secondary school teachers,but the problem still needs to be solved urgently.The excessive burden of primary and secondary school teachers is mainly reflected in teaching,research,training,student management and so on.The causes of this problem include higher requirements on primary and secondary school teachers put forward by education reform and culture,humanity deficiency in school management,and the teachers'personal reasons.To solve this problem,we need to work together from the four levels of the state,society,schools,and teachers themselves.
