Design of multiple early warning management system for fully mechanized mining equipment

摘要 综采设备管理的自动化和智能化能够提高采煤效率,节约人工成本。为了及时向设备故障预警提供可靠依据,通过综采面、生产、人员和设备等多元数据的采集,利用智能算法分析处理并分析数据,设计了一种综采设备预警管理系统。在分析综采设备硬件故障的主要原因后,确定了故障预警依据,并介绍了该预警管理系统的硬件结构和功能设计,论述了其功能实现的过程。分析其应用效果,认为该系统具有较强的兼容性,操作灵活简单,可同时提供数据存储及查询功能,能够自动识别、预判故障并报警,提高了故障预判预警的精准性和及时性。 The automation and intelligentization of fully mechanized mining equipment management can improve the efficiency of coal mining and save labor costs.In order to provide reliable basis for equipment fault early warning in time,the fully mechanized mining equipment early warning management system is designed by collecting multiple data of production,personnel and equipment in fully mechanized mining face,analyzing and processing data with intelligent algorithm.Through the analysis of the main reasons for the hardware failure of the fully mechanized mining equipment,the basis of the failure early warning is determined,the hardware structure and function design of the early warning management system are introduced,and the process of its function realization is discussed.The application results show that the system has strong compatibility,flexible and simple operation,can provide data storage and query functions at the same time,can automatically identify,predict faults and alarm,and improve the accuracy and timeliness of fault prediction and early warning.
