掌石沟煤矿煤岩煤质特征综合分析 被引量:2

摘要 矿井的煤质特征是矿井设计的依据,决定着煤炭加工利用方向。为了查明掌石沟煤矿煤质特征及其开采技术条件,结合历次勘查钻孔的煤质测试资料与工作面采集的煤质样品测试成果,综合分析可采煤层的煤岩、工业分析、元素分析、工艺性能和简易可选等煤质特征,以及煤尘爆炸性、煤自燃倾向性等开采技术条件的横向、纵向上的展布特征,并对比分析了勘查阶段与矿井阶段煤质特征的差异性。研究表明:宏观煤岩类型为半暗淡型-半亮型煤,各煤层具有低灰-中灰、低硫-高硫、中发热量-高发热量、较高软化温度,煤类均属无烟煤(WY3),可作为动力用煤和民用煤;煤尘无爆炸危险性、具有自燃倾向性特征等较好的开采技术条件;研究成果可以为矿井煤的综合利用以及煤炭资源清洁利用提供参考。 Coal quality characteristics of the mine are the basis of mine design,which determines the direction of coal processing and utilization.In order to find out the coal quality characteristics and mining technical conditions of Zhangshigou coal mine,combined with the coal quality data of previous exploration and the coal quality results of working face sampling,the coal quality characteristics of minable coal seams such as industrial analysis,element analysis,technological performance and simple washability,and the mining technical conditions such as coal dust explosion and coal spontaneous combustion tendency are comprehensively analyzed,and the differences of coal quality characteristics between exploration stage and mining stage are compared.The research shows that the macroscopic coal rock type is semi dim to semi bright coal,and all coal seams belong to the anthracite(WY3)with low ash to medium ash,low sulfur to high sulfur,medium to high calorific value and high softening temperature,which can be used as power coal and civil coal.The research results can provide reference for comprehensive utilization of coal and clean utilization of coal resources.
