摘要
阐述了某炼油厂大型压缩机组监控系统中的轴系监测系统与机组控制系统之间3种信号通讯方式的区别。对存在的数据通讯中断现象进行了分析。在RS485冗余通讯方式的基础上对现有方案进行改进优化,结果表明该方案工作可靠、控制准确,实现了压缩机组的可靠数据通讯。
This paper expounded differences of three signal communication modes between shafting monitoring system and unit control system in a large compressor unit monitoring system of a refinery, analyzed the phenomenon of data communication interruption, improved and optimized the existing scheme on the basis of RS485 redundant communication, and the results showed that the scheme could realize reliable work and accurate control, and achieved reliable data communication of compressor unit.
