摘要
大健康时代下,我国对于护理人才的要求发生了非常大的变化,传统中职护理人才培养模式弊端则越来越凸显,很难适应当前时代发展需求。为此,需要中职学校积极做出改变,结合具体情况合理创新人才培养理念和模式,以便为社会输送更多优质的中职护理人才,推动社会健康发展进步。基于此,本文主要针对大健康时代中职学校护理人才培养模式进行了详细分析,希望能够对相关人员有所帮助。
In the era of great health,the requirements for nursing talents have changed a lot,and the disadvantages of the traditional training model of secondary vocational nursing talents are more and more prominent,which is difficult to meet the development needs of the current era.Therefore,it is necessary for secondary vocational schools to actively make changes and reasonably innovate the concept and model of personnel training in combination with the specific situation,so as to provide more high-quality secondary vocational nursing talents for the society and promote the healthy development and progress of the society.Based on this,this paper mainly analyzes the training model of nursing talents in secondary vocational schools in the era of great health,hoping to be helpful to relevant personnel.
