加强工科人才创新创业能力培养的教学与实践探索——基于轻化工程专业课教学的视角 被引量:4

Teaching and Practical Exploration of the Training of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability of Engineering Talents:From the Perspective of Light Chemical Engineering Course Teaching

摘要 随着传统实践教学模式与以创新创业能力培养为核心的专业人才培养要求矛盾的凸显,因材施教、分层教学的开放性专业课教学模式成为工科人才创新创业培养的发展方向。具体方法是充分调动学生的主体参与性和创造性;加强校企联合,把学生企业实习和聘请企业技术人员作为指导教师相结合,提高学生解决实际问题能力和综合实践创新创业能力。 With the contradiction between the traditional practice teaching model and the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability as the core of the training of professional talents,the open teaching model of specialized courses with individualized teaching and hierarchical teaching has become the development direction of the innovation and entrepreneurship training of engineering talents.The specific method can fully mobilize students’subject participation and creativity.We should strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises,combine student enterprise internships with hiring technical personnel from enterprises as mentors,and improve students’ability to solve practical problems and their comprehensive ability to practice innovation and entrepreneurship.
