摘要
本文先就中职学校校企合作的现状以及德国"双元制"的内涵加以阐述,然后就德国"双元制"对中职学校校企合作的积极作用以及启示进行探究,文章就德国"双元制"和中职学校校企合作的理论研究,旨在为促进中职学校人才培养发展提供相应参考依据。
This paper first expounds the current situation of school enterprise cooperation in secondary vocational schools and the connotation of"dual systems"in Germany.Then it explores the positive role and enlightenment of"dual systems"in school enterprise cooperation in secondary vocational schools.This paper studies the theory of"dual systems"in Germany and school enterprise cooperation in secondary vocational schools,aiming to provide the corresponding reference for promoting the development of talent training in secondary vocational schools.
