摘要
校企融合协同育人既是新工科发展的需要,也是推动企业持续创新的必然路径。近十年来,我国多部委连续出台了约20份涉及人才培养的政策性文件,并将校企融合协同育人作为人才培养的重要模式加以界定和研究。校企融合协同育人机制建设和实践探索持续推进,并不断呈现多元化、多模式发展趋势。
School-enterprise integrated collaborative education is not only a requirement of the development of New Engineering Education,but also an inevitable way to promote continuous innovation of enterprises.In the past ten years,several ministries and commissions have issued about 20 policy documents on talent training,and have defined and studied the integration of school-enterprise integrated collaborative education as an important talent training model.The mechanism construction and practice exploration of school-enterprises integrated collaborative education are continuously advancing,showing a diversified and multi-model development trend.
